UV LED light source for batch irradiation

The UniCube series offers breakthrough performance for batch irradiation. It is the world’s first LED module that can irradiate areas from 50 * 50 mm² to 400 * 400 mm² in a single batch. Both market well known wavelenths 365 nm and 405 nm are provided.
Ushio’s unique four-way coupling technology achieves a high-intensity, homogeneous radiation adapted to the requirements, resulting in uniform curing of the entire irradiated surface.

This leads to stable manufacturing processes and improved product quality. In addition, the UniCube series is characterised by its easy maintenance and long-lasting, stable performance.
