We would like to inform you that Ushio Europe has been the target of a cyber attack.

As a result:
We are currently unable to send or receive emails and cannot guarantee that any messages sent to us since April 2nd have been or will be delivered. Currently, we are only available via phone.

We would like to reassure you of the following:

• Customer data remains safe - there is no evidence of a data breach.
• The attack was not designed to steal data, but to take down our systems.
• All data protection requirements have been met and the relevant authorities have been notified.

Our IT team is working intensively with external cyber security experts to restore all affected systems.

In the meantime:

• We have secure backups in place
• Production has not been affected and goods continue to be shipped
• Stock levels are assured
• Our order backlog has been documented

We are setting up alternative communication channels. Once these are in place:
