USHIO looks back to long-lasting experiences in producing UV-Lamps.
All the requirements, that we had to fulfill in the past led to a versatile product range.
And not only the UV-lamp parameters vary, but USHIO developed different kinds of lamp designs:
the more or less standard lamp with melted ends, and the pinched lamps.
The main difference is the shorter overall length of the pinched lamp at the same arc length,
because the Mo-foil must not be so long.
USHIO offers pinched UV lamps with double or single ended design.
Another speciality are the Quick Start Lamps: within some seconds, they radiate full UV power.
There is no loss of energy due to stand-by mode.
