Short Arc Metal Halide Lamp
Short arc metal halide lamps, originally developed as light sources for LCD and DVD projectors, emit a well-balanced visible light spectrum. These lamps are efficient and provide good colour rendering to reproduce vivid colour images. The special design with very concentrated light spot can achieve high efficacy in the projector's optical system. Also applied in the SSTV industry, featuring a well-balanced light output in a visible spectrum combined with efficacy. It is particularly effective in reproducing natural colours.
