Deep UV Lamps
Deep UV lamps are high intensity point light sources. They contain mercury and use xenon as a buffer gas. Featuring strong spectrum in the far ultraviolet range, they are suitable for very high-resolution lithography and microscopy as well as for far UV photochemical applications.
